Cancellations Policy for individual travellers
- Cancellations between 30 days and 14 days prior to travel incur a 25% fee
- Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to travel incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 7 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Cancellations Policy for Groups
- Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days of travel incur a 25% charge
- Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours prior to travel incur a 50% cancellation charge
- Cancellations within 48 hours of travel incur a 100% cancellation fee.
