Passions of Paradise is the larger sister ship to Coral Sea Dreaming. Passions offers a day trip and in keeping with the sailing theme, she is a fast, modern 25 meter sailing catamaran that offers great deck space, chef prepared meals, and stunning locations.
The company holds a very rare permit that allows our passengers access to the beach at Michaelmas cay, the largest of the three sand cays out of Cairns. Michalemas is home to over 20,000 sea birds and is a natural paradise for all kinds of marine animals.
The second destination is Paradise Reef, pioneered by our company back in 1995 and exclusive to Passions - meaning no crowds, great coral and abundant fish life. This is a deeper reef offering excellent snorkelling and diving.
We are extremely proud of Passions and over the years our company has won 10 National, State and Regional Tourism Awards. Most recently Passions of Paradise won an Australian Tourism Award for Best Adventure Tour and was inducted into the Queensland Tourism Hall of Fame. This trip is suitable for all ages, and all levels of in-water ability and is a great option if time is short and you only have one day to spend on the reef.
Dive Career Centre is an SSI Instructor Training Facility that uses a beautiful rainforest setting and the Great Barrier Reef for their learning environment. Beau and Amanda, who operate the facility, are part owners of Passions (see above). Their school offers a full range of dive courses starting from Scuba Rangers (8 to 12 year olds) and Open Water Programs up to Dive Control Specialist Instructor.
They also offer a variety of nationally accredited diving, First aid, and RSA courses, to enhance your existing qualifications.
All courses have small group sizes offering personalized attention which ensures maximum success.
Classic Dream Cars offers unique and beautiful 1960’s American convertibles for all types of occasions. These classics in their day provide a wonderful way to arrive at any event in style and grace. As an accredited business, all our cars are required to complete a Queensland machinery inspection every six months, which gives you peace of mind that you are selecting a fully insured, reliable and licensed operator.

This is one of only two such cars known to exist within Australia. Best described as an authentic 1960’s classic, it was delivered new into Australia in 1967, and its history can be traced back to its original owner. The car seats 3 adults plus a driver.
