Winner of twenty regional, state and national tourism awards, Jungle Surfing Canopy Tours offer a unique zipline and tree platform tour through the World Heritiage Listed Daintree Rainforest. Advanced Ecotourism and Climate Action Leader certified.
The most exciting way to see the Daintree Rainforest This unique eco-adventure takes you into the beating heart of the Daintree Rainforest on a guided ziplining tour through six tree platforms and seven ziplines, plus the world's first Human Hamster Wheel cable lift! Enjoy breathtaking views into the canopy, over the treetops, down to cascading streams and out to the Great Barrier Reef. The tour is fully guided with no experience necessary and suits all ages from three to 103. The guides will share their rainforest wit and wisdom with interpretive talks on each platform. The team use a unique system to control your flight, making this the only flying fox in the world where you can fly hands-free and carefree. And the flight choice is yours – slow, fast or even upside-down, if you dare! Jungle Surfing is one of Queensland’s “must do” experiences, departing up to twelve times daily from Cape Tribulation or you can join our full day tour from Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas.
Jungle Adventure Centre is our visitor information centre in the heart of Cape Tribulation and is the main check in point for all Jungle Surfing tours. You will be required to complete our pre-tour paperwork here, so please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to pick up time. For those staying overnight in Cape Tribulation, we also offer courtesy pick ups from all local accomodation.
